The STS Compounder provides a number of features that make production more economical, safer and considerably simplify the handling. The screws are co-rotating, intermeshing and have a self-wiping profile which make a product change quick and easy.

A wide selection of screw elements opens up a broad spectrum of processing possibilities, including production of special products. The modular principle allows various L/D ratios and spare parts can easily be exchanged. The individual barrel sections have wear liner protection (optional), which also allows easy and low-cost replacement of worn items. A number of options such as the side feeder are also available.
