Greater efficiency for less cost – Coperion Waeschle lives up to these heightened requirements with a wide range of innovative conveying solutions and components which are being further developed through focused research.
Whether for powders or pellets, our range of valves is setting new standards for highperformance applications. For example, we have developed special valves for powder conveying which are equipped to act both as a blow-through and discharge valve with maximum performance.
In addition to this, to meet special requirements we also use pressurized vessels. The range of conveying processes, which are used for the widest variety of tasks, offers optimal operating conditions.

INTACON® – intelligent gas volume control
INTACON® is a control system for CONTI-SCHUB® or TAKT-SCHUB® systems. Optimal and fullyautomatic control of conveying pres-sure and conveying gas volumes, in combination with the LMR-X and LMR-7 gas volume control units.

Special bearings to reduce forces
To absorb the forces on the pipe generated during slug conveying. Using the latest calculation methods, special bearings have been developed with flexible elements that significantly reduce the stresses on pipe supports and foundations.
