Insofar as Coperion is compellingly liable on account of a breach of key contractual obligations, the amount of the claim for compensation is limited to the foreseeable damages.

Coperion’s liability under product liability remains unaffected by this. This restriction of liability similarly does not apply to injury to life,  physical injury or  injury to health.

Coperion makes every effort to maintain the Coperion websites free of viruses, but it cannot guarantee that they are virus-free.

Coperion therefore recommends that the user himself ensures adequate anti-virus protection before downloading documents and information, e.g. by using virus scanners.

Coperion does not accept any liability for the fault-free provision of the services offered at the Coperion website or for their availability.
