| A new owner for the Coperion Group |  |  | Stuttgart/Frankfurt, 10th May 2007. The Stuttgart Coperion Group is getting a new owner. Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt, and the funds managed by that company, will buy a 100 % share in Coperion from the British associated company Lyceum Capital. The necessary contracts have now been signed.

When reactive flavour is industrially produced, the commen way is a batch process.
