In order to be as rapid and efficient as possible in assisting customers in rectifying faults in the event of machine or plant stoppages, Coperion operates with a global group of troubleshooting specialists. These people spring into action immediately a fault message is received from the customer.

-Shipping parts
-Sending in specialists
-As a follow-up, possibly offers for modernizing equipment

 

 

To provide rapid and focused assistance, the following information is required in the fault notification:

-Customer data, e.g. location, contact name, telephone number
-Machinery or plant data, e.g. factory number, item number, Coperion order number
-Details of the problem, e.g. when did it occur? How was it noticed? Have similar problems occurred before?
